Every one of our JV partners is part of a group chat with our entire team, marked with the rocket emoji, to indicate our desire to soar to success with you. We dispo nationwide, even in the difficult or regulated states, and operate by splitting the assignment fee 60/40 in your favor.

What is the B&B Rocket League?
The Rocket League is designed to provide access to marketing and systems for people with time & talent, who need to build their resources.
We will provide leads and systems to set you up for success to get deals under contract. We will then provide the dispo and transaction coordination for the deal to get it to the finish line. You will receive leads daily, be provided with a CRM built out with a dedicated phone number, pipeline to track your leads, automated drip campaigns, and an e-sign service to send contracts with.
What Will Be Expected of Me?
Send a call review in to RJ weekly.
Send a live comp review in to Cassi weekly.
Attend team calls.
Five days a week of full commitment to calling sellers.
